Who we are
WINLIUM (“we”) operates winlium.com and the WINLIUM ERP platform. You can reach us at info@winlium.com.
What we collect
When you submit a demo request, contact inquiry or newsletter form we collect the details you enter (such as your name, company, business email, phone number, country, company size, industry, modules of interest, preferred time and message). We also store a hashed form of your IP address, your browser user-agent and marketing attribution (referrer and UTM parameters) for spam prevention and to understand which channels work.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule demos, send the acknowledgement and follow-up emails you asked for, send our newsletter if you subscribed, protect the site against abuse, and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, by emailing info@winlium.com.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, email delivery and (when enabled) Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection to operate the site. Content is managed in Sanity.
