Module overview

A branded online ordering page for each business, connected directly to Winlium POS. Customers pick a branch, browse its live menu, choose dine-in, takeaway or delivery for each item, and pay by bank transfer. Stock is held while they pay, delivery fees are worked out from the distance, and every order arrives on the till for your cashier to confirm and send to the kitchen.

• Delivery fees from distance: base fee plus a rate per km, with a maximum delivery radius
• Returning customers recognised by phone or email, with their saved addresses
• Bank-transfer checkout with stock held while the customer pays and unpaid orders expiring automatically
• Live order-status page for the customer and an email receipt once confirmed
• Online orders appear on the till with a sound alert; cashiers confirm, edit, or reject them and send them to the kitchen
